If you believe you are being, or have been, harassed, you need to as an Immediate Action Inform the  offender the behavior is offensive, unwelcome, unacceptable   and against   company policy  and  he/she  should   refrain   from   such  conduct. After Warning Inform your reporting manager immediately about the offender and the matter.

If you are not comfortable talking to the offender, or the manager, or the unwelcome behavior continues, complain to the ‘AHC Committee' in writing to investigate and resolve the matter.
