Introduction and Purpose of Helpdesk

Channelplay web based Helpdesk is the single point where all Channelplay associates
can raise their queries and issues, and be sure to find satisfactory and timely
employees may not understand the processes and tools completely, or the
applications do not work according to expectation. This impacts the employees
and often hurts their ability to do their job well. They would like their
questions to be answered and their problems to be resolved, which is when they can
turn to helpdesk for an easy solution to their problems.
