Channelplay has annual Performance Management System (01st April- 31st March) to compensate its employees in a fair and equitable manner based upon demonstrated job performance. It includes the following features:


  • Creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Two level approval of KPI

  • Employee can view own approved KPIs

  • Entering KPI achievements results by Level 1 supervisor

  • Approval / Rejection of KPI results by Level 2 supervisor
