• To assess on behavioural factors, the Channelplay hierarchy has been divided into:

 

    • Junior Management (Executives and Assistant Managers)
    • Middle Management (Managers)
    • Senior Management (Senior Managers and above)

 

  • Channelplay has shortlisted 8 behavioural factors for assessment for each level of management as per the following table:




  • These 8 behavioural factors are assessed by the employee himself first and then Level 1 RH on a scale of following four ratings:


    • Poor
    • Developing
    • Mature
    • Proficient

  • Overall assessment of the employee


    • By self
    • By level 1 RH

  •  Based on the above overall rating, the final rating is given by level 2 RH on the following scale:


    • Needs Improvement
    • Meets Expectation
    • Exceeds Expectation
    • Outstanding
