For preparation of merit list, weighted average method is adopted in the following manner:


                                                                               



Merit list is then discussed and debated with all the stakeholders by management primarily to fit into the 20: 70: 10 Bell Curve, in which 20% are ‘Outstanding’ performers, 40% are ‘Exceed Expectation’, 30% are ‘Meet Expectation’ and the reaming 10% are who ‘Need Improvement’.


On finalization of results, appraisal letters are given to all appraisees.
