· Option to change flexi would be available only at the beginning of Financial Year (April month) or after revision of salary w.e.f. compensation change date; if flexi is changed
after revision, then eligibility will change effective revised date only and not effective April. 1st/date of joining.
· Employee will have option to choose flexi as per his choice within his/her entitlement limits.
· Employee will not have option to change/claim LTA, unless completion of one year service.
· It is not advisable to opt for taxable flexi in the beginning and then change to reimbursement or otherwise, since earlier payouts either through monthly salary or
Reimbursement will be recovered subsequently. Ideally flexi basket should be planned at the beginning of the year only to avoid recovery
