· Once the documents are uploaded, the backend HR team verifies every document

 

· In case of rejection, email mentioning the reason of rejection is sent to the employee:

Example 1: In case of PAN card rejection, the following email is sent

“Document Name: PAN Card
  Comments: incorrect document. Docs uploaded are of some other   person”

Example 2.  In case of Signed Appointment Letter rejection, the following email is sent  

                                    “Document Name-Signed Appointment Letter

 Comments: Letter not signed.”

 

· TAT for re-uploading the correct documents is 2 working days


· Salary shall remain on hold until all 7 documents are uploaded and approved
