Email id and password is created at the time of generation of the appointment letter, and is automatically emailed to the personal email ID of the employee.
If you forget your Zimbra email password, it can be reset by visiting at https://1channel.channelplay.in/retaility/login/resetZimbraPassword
Follow the following steps:
- Enter your full official email ID (which is your username) in the Enter User Name box, and click on the Send Auth Code button.
- The authorization code will be sent to your mobile number registered in our records. If the number shown is wrong, follow instructions at the end of this article.
- When the authorization code is received, enter it in the Enter Authorization Code box, and click on the Reset Password button. Your new Password will be sent by SMS to the same mobile number.
What to do if your registered mobile number is wrong:
The screen will tell you which mobile number the Authorization code has been sent to. If the number mentioned is wrong, you will not be able to reset the password till the number is updated. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from the same personal ID that's on our records to get your Mobile Number updated. Your supervisor has to be in CC on this request and has to approve updation of the mobile number.
