Question- I want to submit a query on the ''claims help desk'' regarding my claim, what all details I need to mention along with my query ?


Answer- Following details are required while answering a query pertaining to a claim :-

          

          . The name of the employee along with his employee code.


          . Claim code which the employee's used to get while submitting their claim on the online portal.


          . POD details of the courier which has been sent to the claims department along with the tracking number and the                  screenshot of the online tracking status.
