Question- '' My claim has been put on hold because I forgot to attach the hard copy of the approval with my claim, so where I can share the approval, so that the claims team will approve my claim ''  ?


Answer- Following are the steps which needs to be taken care off :-


            . Upload the soft copy of the approval over the comments on 1-office, so that the claims team can check the same while processing your                       claim.


            . In case any clarification is required for any particular expense which has been claimed then you can write your clarification as well over the                   comments on 1-office.


           . In case, you still have any query then write an email  at claims-helpdesk@channelplay.in along with all the necessary details i.e., claim                         code and your query regarding the same and it will surely get answered within the defined timelines.
