This document provides information about booking of approved business travel (confined to air) and accommodation for Channelplay employees, with strict adherence to company policies. The purpose of travel desk is to make business travels easier for employees and get maximum benefits to both employees and company. Any travel or accommodation request should be raised at least 3 days before the date of travel to avoid any last minute problems, failing this may also result into rejection of request.

All the travel and accommodation bookings are made as per employee entitlement only, for any exception in this case a prior approval by client (for client billable) or PM (for company billable) has to be shared with the admin team.
