A1: Click on My 1Office

A2: Click on My Requests

A3: Click on Admin Support Requests

A4: Click on Add to make a request



A5: Select the Project Code from the drop down list

A6: Click on Expense Month



A7: Select request type as Travel from the drop down menu of Request Type.

A8 : Select the journey type as One way or Round trip.

A9 : Select the desired locations i.e. from and to.

A10: Select the desired departure date and return date.



A12 : Fill the preferable flight timings or flight number in the remarks section.

A13 : Click on Add.

A14 : Click on Submit.
