A1: Click on My 1Office

A2: Click on My Requests

A3: Click on Admin Support Requests

A4: Click on Add to make a request



A5: Select the Project Code from the drop down list

A6: Click on Expense Month




A7: Select request type as Accommodation from the drop down menu of Request Type.

A8 : Select the city from the drop down menu

A9 : Select the check in and check out date.

A10: Select the number of guests that will be sharing the room.

A11: Enter hotel name or specific location in the remarks column.



A12 : Add the request.

 A13 : Submit the request
